The Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD) is a large-scale architectural design and consulting institute established in October, 1949, following the founding of the People’s Republic of China. BIAD’s business scope includes: City Planning、Investment Planning、Large-scale public building design、Civil Design、Interior Design、Landscape Design、Design of intelligent systems for buildings、Project Estimating、Project Administration、Project Contracting, etc.

职位描述、要求岗位职责：
1. 协助主创建筑师完善建筑概念,方案设计,扩初设计和施工图设计的全过程工作。
2. 配合协调内部各专业及外部与各单位之间的技术接口工作，有良好的组织管理能力。
3. 熟悉设计规范、规程及标准，并具有在方案设计中把握规范的实际经验。
4. 有独立完成设计工作的能力。
任职资格：
国内或国外正规院校建筑学专业本科以上学历；
具有3年以上甲级建筑设计院或外资建筑设计公司工作经验；
参与并具有大中型公建项目的方案设计，扩初设计，或施工图设计经验；
具备优秀的项目组织能力，优秀的综合协调能力；

Architect
The Architect will be responsible for：
• Working with project direct within the team for whole process through concept, schematic design, design development to construct drawing phases.
•With good organization and management capacity, can coordinate internally with different professionals and externally with different consultants for technical interfaces.
•Familiar with the design specifications, procedures and standards, and has practical experience within the design progress.
•Capability of completing a design work individually.
The ideal candidate with the following qualifications will be considered：
• Bachelor degree or above in architecture from a top Chinese university or a reputable overseas university.
• At least 3 years’ experience from a foreign-invested architectural firm or a Class-A design institute.
• Experience of participating in schematic design and design development phase of large-scale projects, or having experience of construct drawing design.
• Possess good project organizational skills, good coordination ability.
• A passion for architecture, with a keen intellect and active thinking.
• Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in CAD、Photoshop、Sketch up、Indesign and Office applications.

The Receptionist will be responsible for：
